CFedS - Certified Federal Surveyor by the Bureau of Land Management

Areas of Practice

I provide consulting professional land surveying services for both the public and private sector, primarily in Southern California. Much of my work over the past 30 years has been for public agencies: local cities, counties and water districts, where I've conducted innumerable centerline surveys, design surveys, aerial mapping, monument preservation and writing legal descriptions, typically for streets and highways, bridges, municipal building facilities, and infrastructure projects.

My private sector clients include attorneys, architects, engineers, land developers, builders, land managers and land owners. Representative projects include boundary surveys, topographic mapping, ALTA/ACSM surveys, utility investigation, title report review, easement plotting and construction staking.

I'm committed to promoting urban renewal, revitalizing infrastructure, building sustainable communities, and protecting California's precious natural environment.
